Shipment Confirmation And Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking details may be sent after your order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing, transit updates, and final delivery scans are handled by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

Please include your order number, clear photos of the shipping box, product packaging, product condition, shipping label, and any visible damage. Claims submitted without supporting photos or outside the reporting window may not be eligible for review.
Restricted Shipping

Undeliverable Or Returned Packages
