All products sold by Atlas Compounds USA are intended for research use only and are not for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or veterinary use.

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, product integrity, handling requirements, and quality control standards, we are unable to accept returns on most products once they have been shipped.

Return Eligibility

Returns may only be considered under limited circumstances, including:

• The wrong item was sent.
• The order arrived damaged.
• The package was missing an item.
• There was a verified fulfillment error by Atlas Compounds USA.

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products.
• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging.
• Products that have left controlled handling conditions.
• Products ordered by mistake.
• Products no longer needed after purchase.
• Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the package, packing materials, and product received.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and availability of the product.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

Atlas Compounds USA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly first. You may also contact our support team so we can assist where possible.
